この発明は、各ライトの光源周辺に、エネルギゝ、
ア変換デバイスを設け、太陽エネルギーにたよら、・′

する、エネルギー変換デバイスの許容エネルギーは現在
のところ約10%を電力に変換できる能力しかなく、そ
れを補う蓄電池を設けることを特徴とする、現在使用さ
れている各ライトの電源は、乾電池、が主流で取り替え
が不便である、使用済み乾電池の公害問題も無視できな
い、又、蓄電池式の各ライトも市販されているが常に充
電器具を使用していないと、長時間点灯することはでき
ない、以上の欠点を克服するには、光源エネルギーを利
用し、エネルギー変換デバイスの感光起電効果により発
生した電気エネルギーを蓄電池に還元し、充電すること
