ヘツドを離すと該ヘツドは上昇し、このとき容器
体内液体をシリンダ内に吸込むよう構成されてい
る。ところで通常その吸込み弁と吐出弁とは玉弁
を利用しており、よつて噴出器が倒れた状態では
玉弁が自重で弁座から離れることとなり、よつて
それ等吸込み弁、吐出弁の機能を失い、液洩れを
来すものであつた。

下降を防止すると共にステムに対する噴出ヘツド
の嵌合深さを浅くさせるものである。更に噴出ヘ
ツドの一部下面からは、外筒を外し、ステムに対
して噴出ヘツドを深く嵌合させたとき、上記ステ
ム孔内に遊挿されて下端が上記閉塞板を液体流通
溝穿設部分まで押下げてステム孔を開通させるこ
との可能な押下げ杆17を閉塞板上方に位置させ
て垂設させる。

易で、更にステムには外筒を嵌合させ、噴出ヘツ
ドがステムに対して浅く嵌合させた状態を保持す
るよう設けたから、輸送時等に噴出ヘツドがステ
ムに対して深く嵌合してそのためステム孔の閉塞
が開通されるおそれもない。構造も極めて簡易で
あるから従来に比べてコスト高を来すこともな
い。
