It is press-fitted into the fitting part of the base, so that a fitted state in which it is mechanically fixed and electrically connected at the same time is obtained.

A fitting fitting protruding into an L-shape and a fitting spring that presses the inside of the tip of the fitting fitting are provided, while the sensor body is press-fitted between the fitting fitting and the fitting spring by inserting and rotating it relative to the base side. Similarly, a plate-shaped fitting terminal protruding in an L-shape is provided.

The structure is such that the plate-shaped fitting terminal of the sensor body is fitted between them by insertion and rotation, and since the plate-shaped fitting metal fittings are fitted together, the fitting portion inevitably becomes large.

The development of a small and thin sensor with a smoke detection part that is about one-third the height of the conventional one is underway, and for such a sensor, the mating surface of the sensor body is small. Therefore,
With the conventional mating structure using plate-shaped mating terminals, it is difficult to secure installation space for the mating terminals, and in order to secure the installation space for the mating terminals, the sensor body must be made larger. There was a problem.

In the sensor fitting structure, in which the sensor body is inserted and rotated into the sensor storage part of the sensor base to be installed, the two are removably fitted together. A mating terminal with an annular mating groove formed in between is implanted with the tip remaining, and the mating terminal of the sensor main body is protruded downward in an L-shape into the sensor storage part of the sensor base, and the mating terminal of the sensor body is inserted on the side surface. The sensor is provided with a fitting metal fitting into which a fitting groove formed in the sensor body is fitted, and a fitting spring which is placed inside the fitting metal fitting and press-fitted to the tip end surface of the fitting terminal of the sensor main body.

Therefore, it is significantly smaller than conventional plate-shaped members, and requires less installation space on the mating surface of the sensor body, so even if the smoke detection part is small and thin, the sensor body Two or three fitting terminals can be provided on the fitting surface with sufficient margin.

That is, since the base part 21 is integrally embedded when molding the terminal block 9, there is no need to assemble the fitting terminal 16 to the terminal block 9, and since it is integrally molded with resin, installation is easy. The fitting groove 22 of the fitting terminal 16 fits into the tip of the fitting terminal 16 , and the fitting groove 22 of the fitting terminal 16 fits into the side surface, and at the same time, the tip surface of the fitting terminal 16 pushes up the fitting spring 7 and moves between the fitting spring 7 and the fitting metal fitting 6 . Get stuck in,
For this reason, the fitting between the fitting terminal 16 and the fitting part on the sensor base 1 side is performed by connecting the side surface of the fitting metal fitting 6 and the fitting groove 2 of the fitting terminal 16.
and the fitting spring 7 on the tip end surface of the fitting terminal 16.
The crimping is done in two places, the sensor body 2
The fitting strength to the sensor base 1 of 0 is strong, and the electrical contact resistance can be reduced.

Compared to the case where a mating terminal similar to the plate-shaped mating metal fitting 6 is used, the installation space of the mating terminal 16 in the sensor body 20 is very small, and as the smoke detection part becomes smaller and thinner, the sensor Even if the main body 20 is made smaller and thinner, the fitting terminal 16 can be provided with a margin.

。(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, the sensor is removably fitted by inserting and rotating the sensor main body into the sensor storage part of the sensor base installed on the ceiling surface etc. In this mating structure, a mating terminal with an annular mating groove formed between the ends of the cylindrical member is left on the mating surface of the sensor body, and a mating terminal is implanted in the sensor housing part of the sensor base. A fitting metal fitting that protrudes in an L-shape and fits into a fitting groove formed on the side surface of the fitting terminal of the sensor body, and a tip end surface of the fitting terminal of the sensor body that is placed inside this fitting metal fitting. Since the mating terminal is provided with a mating spring that is crimped to the cylindrical member, the mating terminal of the present invention using a cylindrical member can be significantly miniaturized compared to the conventional mating terminal using a plate-like member. The installation space for the mating terminals on the mating surface of the sensor body is small, and even if the smoke detection part is smaller and thinner, it is possible to install multiple mating terminals on the mating surface of the sensor body. It can be provided with sufficient margin.
