Abstract

PURPOSE:To execute sure exposure and printing between a photosensitive material holder and original holder by constituting a titled composer in such a manner that plural hollow-shaped pin guide flanges adapted to an elastic plate of the photosensitive material holder at a prescribed spacing therefrom are finely moved in forward and backward directions and pins can be plunged into and ejected out of the hollow parts of said pin guide flanges. CONSTITUTION:The original holder 12 and the photosensitive material holder 15 are horizontally turned and an original is supported on the surface of a light transmittable glass plate 14 of the original holder 12. A photosensitive material 27 is supported on the surface of the photosensitive material holder 15. Since the pins 3 and the holes 28 of the photosensitive material 27 are determined in positional relation, the photosensitive material 27 is surely and easily supported at the prescribed point of the photosensitive material holder 15. The pin guide flanges 19 move forward and backward together with the elastic plate 17 according to vacuum pressures and the photosensitive material 27 is held in place between the holder 12 and the holder 15 without generating a difference in height between the plate 17 and the flanges 19 and without being strained. The original and the material 27 are held in place between the holder 12 and the holder 15 and after the spacing between both is evacuated, the photosensitive material is exposed and printed.

Conventional printing plate machines have a structure in which a photosensitive material holder and a document holder are rotatably supported in the printing plate main body, and the photosensitive material and the document are overlapped between the photosensitive material holder and the document holder. After creating a vacuum between the holder and the document holder, exposure printing is performed from the document side.

In addition, in conventional printing presses, in order to support the photosensitive material on the photosensitive material holder, as shown in FIG. A positioning reference line 3 is displayed on the upper surface of the elastic board 2, and a photosensitive material 4 is placed using the reference line 3 as a mark. The structure is such that after creating a vacuum between the holder and the document holder, exposure and printing is performed using a light source.

However, this structure has the drawback that it requires skill to align the photosensitive material 4 to a predetermined location on the photosensitive material holder 1 and to press the photosensitive material 4 with the tape 5, which requires a lot of work.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, as another conventional device, about two holes 6 are provided near one end of the photosensitive material holder 1, and a hollow guide flange 7 is fixed to the holes 6. A guide pin 9 connected to an air cylinder 8 protrudes into and out of the hollow portion of the guide flange 7.

However, according to the same structure, when a vacuum is created between the photosensitive material holder and the document holder, the guide flange 7 is fixed and the elastic plate 10 of the photosensitive material holder is soft, so the elastic plate 10 is attracted and slightly dented. However, there is a drawback that a step is formed between the guide flange 7 and the elastic plate 10, resulting in poor adhesion between the two.

The present invention will be explained below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. In the figure, 11 is the base of the printing press, and 12 is the base 11 of the printing press.
A document holder configured to rotate by 90 degrees,
A translucent glass plate 14 is supported inside the rectangular frame 13. Reference numeral 15 designates a photosensitive material holder configured to rotate by 90'' on the base of the plate printing machine, and an elastic plate 17 made of, for example, cylindrical material is stretched and supported on a square holder 16. Reference numeral 18 indicates a plurality of hollow supports fixed at predetermined intervals near the end of the elastic plate 17, and reference numeral 19 is configured to allow slight movement within a range of approximately 0.8 mm in the hollow portion of the support member 18. The pin guide flange is composed of a cylindrical body 20 and a threaded body 21. 22 is a ring-shaped packing formed by sandwiching the cylindrical body 20 between the threaded bodies 21, and 29 is an elastic plate 17 and a holder 16. The aluminum plate provided between the pin guide flange 19 and the vicinity of the support portion of the aluminum plate 29 moves slightly integrally with the pin guide flange 19. Reference numeral 23 is a pin configured to be able to protrude into and out of the hollow portion of the pin guide flange 19. 24 is an air cylinder that allows the pin to move back and forth, and 25 is the document holder 1.
The light source holder is configured to be movable to the outside of the second side, and an exposure light source of about 3KW to 5KW is internally supported inside. Reference numeral 26 denotes an operation panel supported on the base 11 of the plate printing machine.

As described above, the present invention has a plurality of hollow pin guide flanges arranged at predetermined intervals on the elastic plate of the photosensitive material holder so as to be able to move slightly in the forward and backward movement direction. After creating a vacuum between the photosensitive material holder and the document holder, the pin supporting the photosensitive material is inserted into the photosensitive material holder for exposure and printing. When creating a vacuum between the original holders, the pin guide flange moves slightly together with the elastic plate in response to the vacuum pressure, ensuring reliable exposure printing between the photosensitive material holder and the original holder without distortion between the pin guide flange and the elastic plate. There is an advantage that it can be done.
