湿済みガスを取出す取出管との間に、吸着剤を充
填した除湿塔を介設した2本の処理管を並列して
接続するとともに該両処理管を前記各除湿塔の前
記取出管側において、絞り弁、オリフイス等の流
量調整器を介設したバイパス管で接続し、加圧し
た前記未処理ガスを前記各処理管に一定時間ずつ
交互に供給することにより、該未処理ガスを一方
の前記除湿塔に通して前記取出管に流出させると
ともに、該取出管に流出する前記除湿済みガスの
一部を前記バイパス管を通して減圧して他方の前
記除湿塔に供給し、該除湿塔内の前記吸着剤を脱
水して再生させるようにした除湿装置において、
前記バイパス管の前記流量調整器よりも下流に該
バイパス管内を流通する前記除湿済みガスと熱媒
との間で熱交換を行なう熱交換器を配設し、前記
未処理ガスが該熱交換器の熱媒通路を通つて前記
供給管に流入するように配管したことを特徴とす

湿済みガスを取出す取出管との間に、吸湿剤を充
填した除湿塔を介設した2本の処理管を並列して
接続するとともに該両処理管を前記各除湿塔の前
記取出管側において、絞り弁等の減圧器を介設し
たバイパス管で接続し、加圧した前記未処理ガス
を前記各処理管に一定時間ずつ交互に供給するこ
とにより、該未処理ガスを一方の前記除湿塔に通
して前記取出管に流出させるとともに、該取出管
に流出する前記除湿済みガスの一部を前記バイパ
ス管を通して減圧して他方の前記除湿塔に供給し
、該除湿塔内の前記吸湿剤を脱水して再生させる
ようにした除湿装置において、前記バイパス管の
前記減圧器よりも下流に該バイパス管内を流通す
る前記除湿済みガスと熱媒との間で熱交換を行な
う熱交換器を配設し、前記未処理ガスが該熱交換
器の熱媒通路を通つて前記供給管に流入するよう
