Description

して濾過性能等を阻害することのないフイルタを
提供するものである。

れぞれ網目構造部が設けられ、網目構造部を覆つ
て支持板3に多孔質薄膜の材料(例えば四ふつ化

構造部と中央軸の中空部2aとは支持板3内の通

する。従つて液と濾材表面との接触が断たれ、有
効濾過面積は順次減少し、濾過能力を低下させ
る。またこの空気溜の弾力により送出される濾液
圧力に不安定な脈動が生じる。上記の空気溜りの
形成や脈動の発生は、材が剛性のない薄膜であ
りかつ孔径が他の材より際立つて細かい多孔
質膜であることから、精密フイルタにおいて特
に顕著であり、また重要な問題点となる。
