Claims (1)
- 縦中心に芯孔１ａを徹通した公知の金属針１に
おいて、その先端を剣先状に斜切させて穿刺口１
ｂを設定させ、穿刺口１ｂ側の芯孔１ａに閉栓体
２を押着して閉鎖せしめ、かつ、金属針１の側面
横辺に細孔３を閉栓体２の後方側に穿設し、芯孔
１ａと細孔３とをＴ状にさせ、さらに、留置カテ
ーテル４内に、金属針１を嵌挿しその先端は金属
針１を留置カテーテル４の先端より突出せしめて
ずらし、留置カテーテル４の先端部分を金属針１
に密接し、摺動可能な状態となさしめ、さらに、
密接した先端部分の留置カテーテル４には、金属
針１の細孔３と同径をなす細孔３′と穿設して積
重させ、また留置カテーテル４の胴部分をアンプ
ル状に若干膨大にさせて空間部５を形成させたこ
とを特徴とする血管留置針。
