は、前記油留り部の油液位が高くなると、前記ブ
ローバイガス取出しポートより潤滑油がブローバ
イガス還流装置に吸引される、所謂潤滑油の吸込
みが生じ、このための潤滑油の消費量が増大し、
またブローバイガス還元装置に吸引された潤滑油
がブローバイガスと共に内燃機関の吸気系へ供給
されることにより内燃機関の運転性が阻害される
