[Detailed description of the invention] This invention is a fitting that is interposed between an aluminum profile door or door stile and the door frame and door frame that surround them to maintain airtightness and watertightness between the stile and the frame. It was devised for the purpose of obtaining a tight material for use that has good airtightness and watertightness, is resistant to breakage, and has good durability.

FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view schematically showing the state in which such a tight material is used for the door contact part, in which a door 2 is pivotally attached to a wall 1 by a shaft 3, and the connection between the wall 1 and another wall 4 is shown. An opening 5 formed in between is opened and closed by a door 2. Vertical tight members 6, 6 are attached to the edges of the walls 1, 4, and when the door 2 is closed, the edge of the door first hits the tight member 6, and when the door 2 is further pressed strongly against this, the tight member 6 closes. As the elastic deformation increases the elasticity that hits the door, the pin of the door that goes in and out engages with the socket in the wall 4, closing the door and preventing wind and rain from entering from outside. The tight material 6 may be attached to the door 2 instead of the wall.

That is, the conventional tight material is made of a flexible elastic material such as sponge rubber in the form of a string, and is made of a flexible elastic material such as sponge rubber. (after), a locking part 8 is formed which is elastically deformed and pushed into the groove 7 having a narrow opening formed in the stile or frame of the fittings and is locked to the edge thereof. The rear parts of the locking parts 8, 8 are connected by a plate-shaped connecting part 12 to form a space 10 between the locking parts 8, 8, the covering part 9, and the connecting part 12.
A fin-like tight piece 11 was made to protrude diagonally forward from one end toward the other end.

When this conventional tight material is attached to the wall 4 and the door 2 is closed as shown in Fig. 1, the tight piece 11 first hits the door 2, and when the door is pushed further, the chain line shown in Fig. 2 As shown in , the tight piece 11 is crimped to the end of the covering part 9,
1. The covering part 9 and the locking part 8 are elastically deformed so that the door further enters the wall 4 and the pin of the door engages with the socket in the wall.

However, this conventional tight material has a tight piece 11.
The root part of the locking part 8 is located on one side across the end of the covering part 9.
Since it is located above and is smoothly connected to this locking part 8, when the tight piece 11 is bent, the connection part at the root of the tight piece is inserted in the direction of arrow a as shown in FIG. This generates tensile stress, which is repeated every time the door is opened and closed, which eventually causes cracks.
Tight pieces become cut.

This invention reduces the above-mentioned tensile stress to prevent damage to the tight piece and obtain a tight material with good durability.

FIG. 4 shows the cross-sectional shape of the first embodiment of the tight material of this invention. The same reference numerals are used to refer to the same parts as in the prior art.The tight material is made of a flexible elastic material in the shape of a hollow string, as in the past, and the locking parts 8 are formed into grooves 7 with narrow entrances. It can be attached to fittings by locking it. A covering part 9 is connected to the front part of the locking part 8, and a connecting part 12 is connected to the rear part, and a space 10 is formed between the locking part 8, the covering part 9, and the connecting part 12 that are integrated. A tight piece 11 is formed to protrude diagonally forward from one end of the cover 9 toward the other end.
However, the root part of the tight piece 11 is located above the end of the space 10 away from the upper position of the locking part 8, and the tight piece 11 is located on the cover part 9 located above the locking part 8. The root part is not connected.

Since the tight material is formed in this way, when the tight piece 11 is pressed against the cover part 9 as shown in FIG. 5 when the door 2 is closed, the cover part 9 easily bends. The tensile stress generated at the root portion of the door 11 as shown in FIG. Therefore, the durability of the tight material is significantly increased, and the performance of the tight material can be effectively maintained for a long period of time.

FIG. 6 shows a second embodiment of the tight material of this invention. Since the tight material of the previous example is attached to one groove 7, the locking parts 8, 8 on both sides are connected by the connecting part 12, and both locking parts are connected. In contrast to the second embodiment, in which the stop portions are kept away from each other, the two grooves 7, 7 are arranged in parallel and can be attached to fittings formed independently. Since each locking portion 8 engages with its respective groove 7 and remains fixed in position, the connecting portion 12 is not required. A space 10a corresponding to the space 10 exists behind the covering part 9. The root part of tight piece 11 is
It is connected to one end of the cover 9 at a position in front of the end of the space 10a, away from the front position of one of the locking parts 8.

Therefore, when the tight piece 11 is bent, the end of the covering part 9 is easily bent, and no large tensile stress is generated at the root of the tight piece 11, resulting in good durability as in the previous example. Become.
