また、前記シヤフト5の周囲に回動可能に取り付
けられた操作レバー6の突片6Aは前記駆動片7
と当接しうるようになつている。したがつて前記
操作レバー6をシヤフト5の周囲の時計方向に回
動させると前記係止歯4Aと前記外歯9Aとの噛
み合いが解除するようになつている。なお、時計
方向に回動させた操作レバー6はそのまま放され
るとばね部材10の付勢力によつて元の位置に復
帰しうるようになつている。そして、前記係止歯
4Aと外歯9Aとの噛み合いのずれ等を防止する
ためベース板3にはこれに突設された固定ピン1
1A,11Bにより切欠部を有する板状のプレー
トホルダー11が固定されている。さらに、前記
プレートホルダー11全体を覆い、アーム4の係
止歯4Aや係止片9等から成る係止機構を覆うカ
バー12がベース板3に取り付けられるようにな
つている。
