As shown in the first diagram, a seat bag 2 is swingably attached to a seat cushion 1 installed on a floor panel (not shown) via a hinge 3, and the seat bag 2 is mounted on the hinge 3 (not shown in the diagram). By operating the reclining mechanism, the backrest angle of the seat bag 2 can be adjusted as appropriate.

and the main shaft bolt 5 seated on this fixed frame.
and a swing arm 6 which is rotatably fitted into the main shaft bolt 5 and fixed to both sides of the lower part of the seat bag 2. However, in this hinge structure, from the viewpoint of safety, the main shaft bolt 5 and the swing arm 6 are made of metal, so when the backrest angle of the seat bag 2 is varied, the swing relative to the main shaft bolt 5 is Not only does the rotation of the arm 6 sometimes generate an unpleasant metallic sound, but also the rotation of the fixed frame 4 and the main shaft bolt 5.
Also, since the swing arm 6 is exposed from the seat, it looks bad.

A sleeve 7 having the shape of a sleeve 7 is interposed therein, and as a measure for the appearance described above, a sheath-shaped hinge cover 8 made of synthetic resin into which the swinging arm 6 is inserted is mounted.

That is, after preparing the sleeve 7 by fitting it into the shaft portion 5a of the main shaft bolt 5 in advance, the swinging arm 6 is first inserted into the hinge cover 8, and the fitting hole 6a of the swinging arm 6 and the hinge cover 8 are drilled. The large-diameter through hole 8a is coaxially connected to the large diameter through hole 8a. Next, the main shaft bolt 5 with the sleeve 7 attached thereto is passed through the through hole 8a and the fitting hole 6a, and the male thread 5b of the main shaft bolt 5 is inserted into the fixed frame 4.
It must be seated in the female screw hole 4a carved in the hole. For this reason, preparation work for fitting the sleeve 7 into the main shaft bolt 5 is required, and when the main shaft bolt 5 is passed through the through hole 8a or the fitting hole 6a, the sleeve 7 often falls off from the main shaft bolt 5. Cushion 1 and seat bag 2
The assembly work is very troublesome. Moreover, the visible front surface of the hinge cover 8 has a trim structure such as graining, and the inner back surface is molded with the bare skin, so when installing the hinge cover 8, it is necessary to distinguish between the front and back. However, since the shape of the hinge cover 8 is a flat and elongated rectangular tube, it is difficult to quickly distinguish between the front and back, and there are cases where the swing arm 6 is inserted by confusing the front and back.

After inserting the hinge cover into the swinging arm that makes up the hinge, tighten the main shaft bolt of the hinge, and the pressing force of the main shaft bolt separates the sleeve from the hinge cover and connects the shaft of the main shaft bolt with the fitting hole of the swinging arm. The present invention provides a hinge for a vehicle seat that allows efficient seat assembly by interposing a sleeve between the hinge covers to simplify the assembly work and to clarify the front and back sides of the hinge cover.

は合成樹脂材にて一体成形される。 FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the hinge and its surroundings according to this invention, and the same members as in FIGS. 1 and 2 of the conventional example are given the same reference numerals and detailed explanations are omitted. That is, the hinge 3 is composed of a fixed frame 4, a main shaft bolt 5, and a swing arm 6.
The hinge cover 9 into which the swing arm 6 is inserted is formed into a flat and elongated rectangular tube shape, and the front surface 10 that is visible when attached to the hinge 3 is trimmed such as embossed. A through hole 12 of approximately the same diameter that meets the fitting hole 6 of the swinging arm 6 is penetrated through the back side surface 11 opposite to this surface 10 and the surface 10, and the through hole 12 has a through hole 12 on the outside of the surface 11. A cylindrical sleeve 13 having an outer diameter slightly smaller than the hole 12 is arranged in a protruding state. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the sleeve 13 and the through hole 12 are integrally connected by three narrow connecting pieces 14 that constitute mechanically weak connections. These connecting pieces 14 are arranged intermittently in three equal parts in the outer circumferential direction of the sleeve 13. The inner diameter d of the sleeve 13 is slightly larger than the outer diameter D of the shaft portion 5a of the main shaft bolt 5, and the height h of the sleeve 13 is

As shown in Figure 4a, insert the main shaft bolt 5 into the sleeve 13.
When it is fitted, its tip engages with the female thread 4a. The diameter A of the head 5c of the main shaft bolt 5 is larger than the diameter of the through hole 12. Moreover,

素早くできる。 When assembling a seat bag to a seat cushion using the hinge cover 9 configured as described above, first hold the hinge cover 9 in your hand with the sleeve 13 facing outward, and hold the hinge cover 9 with your hand.
Insert it from the tip of the swing arm 6 of the seat bag. Next, as shown in FIG. 4A, the through hole 12 is made to meet the fitting hole 6a, the main shaft bolt 5 is passed through the sleeve 13, and the main shaft bolt 5 is tightened while the male thread 5b is engaged with the female thread hole 4a of the fixed frame 4. Accordingly, the sleeve 13 receives a pressing force from the head 5c of the main shaft bolt 5, and this pressing force causes the connecting piece 1 to close.
4 is sheared and the sleeve 1 is sheared as shown in Figure 4b.
3 is separated from the through hole 12 and interposed between the shaft portion 5a and the fitting hole 6a. According to the embodiment, since the head 5c is larger than the through hole 12, the sheared surface of the connecting piece 14 is hidden, and the appearance is not impaired. Furthermore, just before the connecting piece 14 is sheared by the main shaft bolt 5, the end surface of the sleeve 13 is slightly bulged into the fitting hole 6a.
The engagement between the fitting hole 6a and the through hole 12 is maintained accurately, and the sleeve 13 can be inserted smoothly. Further, when the male thread 5b is engaged with the female thread 4a, since the shaft portion 5b is located within the sleeve 13, the integral connection state of the sleeve 13 and the through hole 12 serves as a guide for the engagement of the male thread 5b and the female thread 4a. , thread protection and thread engagement work can be done more quickly.

This simplifies the assembly work of the seat cushion and seat bag, which can sufficiently maintain the prevention of metallic noise and the appearance. Furthermore, since the sleeve 13 is disposed on the side of the trimmed surface 10, the front and back sides of the hinge cover 9 can be quickly and accurately determined simply by sensing the presence or absence of the sleeve 13.

Although the number of connecting pieces 14 is shown as an example, in the present invention, the number of connecting pieces 14 may be one or more.
In addition, a modification may be considered in which the connecting piece 14 is provided thinly over the entire circumference of the through hole 12 and the sleeve 13. In other words, the connecting piece of the present invention may have any structure as long as it constitutes a mechanically weak connection part in which the sleeve is separated from the hinge cover by the pressing force of the main shaft bolt.

The sleeve and hinge cover can be assembled to the hinge with simple operations, and the front and back sides of the hinge cover can be quickly determined just by sensing the presence or absence of the sleeve. Furthermore, there are practical effects such as the ability to efficiently assemble the hinges on the seat while maintaining the conventional measures for preventing metallic noise and appearance.
