、サーモスタツト１０よりウオータジヤケツト側
とウオータポンプ１１の吸込側とをバイパス通路
１３で連通させてなる水冷エンジンの冷却装置に
おいて、 サーモスタツト１０よりウオータジヤケツト側
部分とウオータポンプ１１の吸込側部分とを二系
統のバイパス通路１４，１５で連通し、一方のバ
イパス通路１５に流路開閉弁１６を配置し、この
流路開閉弁１６をサーモスタツト１０に流入する
冷却水の水温を検知して開閉作動するように構成
し、サーモスタツト１０の開弁作動に連動して流
路開閉弁１６を閉弁作動させるように構成したこ
