【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案はヘツドホンの改良に関するものであ

てある。即ち、ヘツドバンドの端部に、例えばプ
ラスチツク製のキヤツプをインサート成形により
固着し、このキヤツプの下側にインサート成形に
より突設した金属製のシヤフトと、ハンガーの上
側の所要個所に開設した支持穴とを回動自在に嵌
合するとともに、シヤフトの先端部に抜止め用の
Eリングを取付けるか、または例えばプラスチツ
クよりなる別体成形のキヤツプにヘツドバンドの
端部を挿入・係止して、キヤツプの下側に開設し
た支持穴と、ハンガーの上側の所要個所に突設し
たシヤフトとを回動自在に嵌合するとともにシヤ
フトの所要個所に抜止め用のピン等を取付けるな
どしていた。而して、前者の場合にはヘツドバン
ドの端部にキヤツプを、またキヤツプの前記所要
個所にシヤフトを夫々インサート成形により固着
及び突設し、更にシヤフトに前記Eリングを取付
ける都合上、組立工数が多くなり、製造コストが
嵩むという問題があつた。また後者の場合にはシ
ヤフトを例えばブラスチツクのみで形成する場合
には強度を維持するために、このシヤフト及びキ
ヤツプ等の形状が大きくなるという不都合があ
り、更にキヤツプを別体成形し、シヤフトに前記
ピン等を取付ける必要上、組立工数が多くなり、

43に連なる隙間44が下端部近傍まで形成され
ている。そして、下側部42の下端部の外側に
は、隙間44を形成する内側面の対向方向に係止
片45,45を、前記たて溝23,23内を挿通
し得る適宜の形状で側方に張出形成してある。ま
た、上側部41の所要個所には角穴43に連通し
た矩形の係止穴46が開設されている。なお、上
側部41の上端部には、角穴43の形状に合わせ
た適宜の切欠面411が形成されている。そし
て、ヘツドバンド3の端部を角穴43及び隙間4
4内に挿入し、ヘツドバンド3の端部近傍の所要
個所に形成した係止爪31を係止穴46に係止さ
せることにより、キヤツプ4がヘツドバンド3の
