索条を挿通し、この索条を把手手段で押引して可
撓管の先端の挟持部を開閉するものであるが、可
撓管及び索条が軟弱で形状を維持できないため
に、操作が円滑でなくかつ先端挟持部の開閉がス
ムースに行われず、製品化されておらず、胆石除
去鉗子として実用されているものは存在しないの
が現状である。

な胆石除去鉗子を提供することを目的とする。
