Claims (1)
- 丸線又は平角線の抵抗体から成るヒータをバイ
メタルに絶縁を介して巻回し、上記ヒータの一端
を給電用端子に接合して成る熱動素子において、
上記接合部のヒータと給電用端子間にロウ材を介
在させて接合することを特徴とする熱動素子。
