  1. 複数の冷陰極放電管が並列に配列され、ソケツ
    トを介して一体の基板上に設けられて面光源とさ
    れた照明装置において、前記基板には前記ソケツ
    トが接続される位置に切溝が設けられ、該切溝は
    前記ソケツトの端部から中央部にかけて順次にそ
    の幅が変化するように形成されていることを特徴
    とする冷陰極放電管照明装置の灯体構造。
