The effects of the embodiments of the present invention will be described below. By providing the auxiliary water tank section 50 between the opening of the washing tub 3 and the water level of the washing tub 3, space can be used effectively, and water spilling from the auxiliary water tank section 50 overflows into the washing tub 3. It does not wet the floor and is suitable for washing small items, spot washing, etc., which improves usability.Furthermore, by providing the auxiliary overflow port 49 and the auxiliary drain port 48, the auxiliary water tank section 50 can be used for independent rinsing. This can be done easily, and since the drainage from the auxiliary water tank section 50 is formed by a separate hose from the washing tub 3, even if unsanitary items are drained from the auxiliary water tank section 50, they will not flow into the washing tub 3. There isn't. By attaching a water faucet 69 with a shutoff valve to a part of the panel stand 2, there is no need to go to the front of the water faucet to adjust the flow rate or turn off the water, such as when the water faucet and the washing machine are installed far apart. You can easily operate the water supply at hand, and it also functions as a washbasin. Furthermore, a water spout 72 is rotatably supported, and a water spout 73 at the tip thereof is rotatably supported.
By providing the washing-side water supply port 84 and the dehydration-side water supply port 91 approximately on the rotational trajectory of Since it can be used for different purposes even with the lid closed, there is no need for troublesome operations that are common with multi-purpose products like the present invention. In addition, since the water spout 73 and each water supply port are open, it is easy to visually check the state of the water flowing out, eliminating the inconvenience of forgetting to turn off the water due to covered hose piping, etc., and preventing backflow due to water outages, etc. It also serves as prevention. The height of the washing machine with a wash basin according to the present invention is set at 720 mm, which is considerably lower than the height of a normal washing machine, so that it can function as a wash basin while satisfying the washing function.
When stirring the clothes in the washing tub 3, the washing capacity is not reduced even if the height of the washing machine is lower than that of a normal washing machine even though the opening is covered with a washing lid 51. The vertical dimension between the upper end of the washing tub 3 and the water level line is considerably smaller than that of a normal washing machine, and simply covering the washing lid 51 cannot sufficiently prevent water from scattering when stirring clothes. In the present invention, by forming the washing tub 3 by blow molding, the water return part 4 that protrudes inward of the washing tub 3 and the water return part from the lower end, which cannot be formed by injection molding because it becomes an undercut, can be formed. The side wall 5 that slopes inward between the parts, that is, the side wall 5 formed with a large downward slope, can be easily molded into one piece, and can prevent water from splashing outside the machine when stirring clothes. In a normal washing machine (one having a side wall formed with a large upward slope), when the pulsator 14 is agitating, the flow of water located on the side wall is directed outward. A centrifugal force that tries to push the clothes toward the outside works, but in this example, a centripetal force that tries to push the clothes back into the washing tub works due to the reverse gradient, which increases the agitation effect on the clothes and makes the process more complicated. It can generate a strong water flow to enhance the cleaning effect.
Furthermore, by extending the water return part 30 in the dehydration tank 29, it can be integrally formed as a dehydration hatch part that covers the upper part of the dehydration basket 40, and is pressed against the side wall of the dehydration tank by centrifugal force when clothes are dehydrated. In a normal washing machine, water tends to flow toward the opening, just like in the washing tub, but in this example, water tends to flow downward,
In other words, the water is flushed toward the dewatering side drain port 32 to efficiently drain water during dewatering, improve the standing performance of the dehydrating basket due to foaming, and the water that is swept upward from the side wall of a normal washing machine is dehydrated. Inconveniences such as air blowing out from the outer periphery of the lid can also be prevented. In addition, each of these tubs is a separate part from the panel stand 2 that covers the upper part of the washing machine main body 1, and is attached via a packing etc., so it can be washed in a different color or without coloring from the panel stand 2. It can be constructed from inexpensive materials suitable for the tank and dehydration tank, and can be easily replaced with a separate tank, improving service and easily configuring multiple models such as changing capacity. In addition, an auxiliary drain pipe 5 is connected to the washing side input port 17 of the panel stand 2 located on the washing lid 51 having the auxiliary water tank section 50.
By integrally providing the water reservoir section 57 for storing 4 etc. and the water socket 60, when the washing lid 51 is opened, the remaining water in the auxiliary water tank section 50 can be easily drained to the washbasin hose. If the amount of water is small, it can be drained without operating the auxiliary pot 55. The water receiver 60 also prevents water dripping from the water outlet 59 of the auxiliary drain pipe 54 from flowing into the washing tub 3 when the washing lid 51 is opened.
Item 4 acts as a protective wall to prevent clothes from getting caught during agitation. Further, in this embodiment, the motor is configured as an axial gap induction motor. To explain its operation, when the dehydration motor side is energized and the dehydration lid 92 is opened, the safety switch 101 is opened and the axial direction Energization to the air gap induction motor is turned off. At this time, the rotor 104 is moved upward in FIG. 6 in the direction of the motor shaft 105 by the force of the spring 118.
The upper surface of the rotor 104 comes into contact with the brake lining 116, and the rotating dehydration basket 40 is braked to stop its rotation. Conversely, when the axial air gap induction motor is energized, the rotor 104 is moved by the field force set by the iron core 106 of the stator 103, the coil 107, etc.
8 is attracted, and at the same time, the rotor 104 separates from the brake lining 116, the braking is released, and dehydration operation is started. S is the gap between the stator 103 and rotor 104 when energized, and is 1
35 is a fan for cooling the motor. In this way, the axial gap induction motor as in this embodiment can be configured to be much thinner in the axial direction compared to the conventional induction motor having a radial gap, and can be used in a washing machine with a sink. This washing machine is ideal for machines whose height is restricted to be lower than conventional washing machines, and which require sufficient washing and dewatering capacity while ensuring a vertical distance from the floor to the bottom of the motor. Furthermore, the dewatering side braking mechanism can quickly stop the dewatering rotation without any need for a conventional mechanism to transmit the lid opening/closing operation to the braking mechanism, and its structure is based on an axial gap induction motor. However, centrifugal dehydration is achieved by making full use of the characteristic that the attraction force between the rotor 104 and the stator 103 is extremely large when energized, and by installing the spring 118 in a predetermined position. This has the effect of significantly simplifying the braking mechanism of the machine.

As described above, according to the present invention, in a washing machine with a washbasin, etc., which has a limited body height and is required to have a normal washing capacity, inconveniences such as water splashing can be solved with a simple structure. This has great effects, such as being able to prevent warping and keeping the investment amount to a minimum without requiring the large mold costs found in injection molding and the like.
