に回動自在に枢着し、そのアーム部材先端部にジ
ヤツキ金具を上下方向に伸縮可能に取付けるとと
もに、そのジヤツキ金具の最小縮小時におけるそ
れぞれ下部押え板の高さを、上記フレームの下面
高さより若干高くし、かつ、最大伸長時にはフレ
ーム下面高さより低くなるように設定して構成し
