Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the case of a planar electric heater constructed as described above, a controller provided at a predetermined corner of the main body of the heater controls a plurality of heating elements on the heating surface and each of them. Since switching elements are provided to respectively connect the ends of the heat sensitive elements that sense the heating temperature of the heating elements and to control the supply of electricity to the heating elements of the plurality of heating surfaces, it is difficult to perform the connection work with the controller. Moreover, there is a drawback that the temperature inside the controller rises due to the heat generated by the switching element and the heat generated at the end of the heating element.

Effects of the Invention Since the planar electric heater of the present invention has the above-described configuration, there are few connection points with the controller, and the connection work with the controller can be performed extremely easily, and the temperature inside the controller does not rise. The controller can be made smaller, improving usability and safety, and the number of terminals in the controller can be reduced, and the heat generated by each switching element can be eliminated from the main body. The energy can be effectively used as a heater, and since the temperature of each heating surface is controlled individually, local heat can be controlled at a lower temperature, making it more It is also advantageous in terms of safety.
