中央開孔部が放電路を形成し、該周囲の開孔部が
ガス帰還路を形成するように互いに同心状に連設
し、該放電路の両側に陽極および陰極を設けたイ
オンレーザ管であつて該円板状部材の各々の中央
開孔部に炭化珪素製円筒状部材が嵌着され、各々
の炭化珪素円筒状部材間の空隙を1mm以下にした
