Claims (1)
- 互いに対向配置された第１及び第２の光フアイ
バと、これら両光フアイバを光学的に結合させる
ための第１及び第２のレンズと、両レンズ間の光
軸中に設置された音響光学偏向素子と、前記第１
及び第２の光フアイバのいずれか一方から出射し
て前記音響光学偏向素子により回折された光反射
光を集光する第３のレンズと、この第３のレンズ
により集光された光を受ける第３の光フアイバを
有する音響光学スイツチに於いて、前記音響光学
偏向素子に角度微調節機構を設けたことを特徴と
する音響光学スイツチ。
