本考案は、U字形螢光灯など螢光管両端の電極

電気的に接続されるピン受け金具3を内蔵した絶
縁ボデイ4外面に、2個のランプ支持ばね5を
個々にねじ6で取付けたものが知られているが、
このようなソケツトでは前記従来例のように大き
いという問題は解決できるが、ランプ支持ばね5
先端間隔の寸法精度が出にくく、U字形螢光灯1
保持のためのばね圧のばらつきが大きく、口金底
面がランプ支持ばね5先端にあたる場合も生じ装
着しにくく、組立工程での管理等に手間がかかる

ある。絶縁ボデイの略中央にはU字形螢光灯の4
本の口金ピンに対応して上下貫通した4個の口金
ピン挿入口8が形成されて内部にピン受け金具3
をそれぞれ収納しており、口金ピン挿入孔8の取
付面側開口は絶縁性の底板9で閉ざされている。
絶縁ボデイ4の長軸方向両側面には、U字形螢光
灯口金底面の当接する面から一段下がつて取付孔
10を有する取付凹所11が設けられ、一方長軸
方向と直交する短軸方向両側面には上下貫通して
ランプ支持ばね5が嵌入されたランプ支持ばね取
付孔12が形成されている。ランプ支持ばね取付
孔12の取付面側開口近傍には、ランプ支持ばね
