１は超電導コイルを収納する容器、２は内槽、
３は外槽、４は液体窒素、５は液体ヘリウム、６
は超電導コイル、７はリード、９は超電導線、１
０は銅、１１は酸化物超電導体、１２は補護材。
なお、各図中同一符号は同一または相当部分を示
すものとする。
