- 分光器の回折格子の回転軸に取りつけられたサ
インバーと当接し、そのサインバーを回動させる
波長操作用カムにおいて、カム端面のカム曲線上
で０次光に対応する部分は回転中心からの距離が
単調に変化していることを特徴とする波長操作用
カム。
