てカバーシートの下方の荷室を被覆するようにし
た自動車の荷室カバー装置において、前記フツク
部材に、前記芯材をこのフツク部材から脱出せし
める開口を形成するとともに、前記芯材に作用す
る荷重が設定値以下のときに前記開口からの芯材
の脱出を阻止するばね部材を設けたことを特徴と
