Claims (1)

器内に上昇させて飲料を抽出するものにおいて、
前記下部容器から前記上部容器内への湯の上昇を
検知する湯上昇検知手段と、前記上部容器から前
記下部容器内への湯の下降を検知する湯下降検知
手段と、前記下部容器を冷却するフアンと、前記
湯上昇検知手段により前記上部容器内への湯の上
昇を検知したことを条件に前記ヒータの断電及び
前記フアンの運転を実行し前記湯下降検知手段に
より前記下部容器内への湯の下降を検知したこと
を条件に前記フアンの運転を停止する運転制御手
