Claims (1)
- 建物に、室内に居る人が使用する照明装置や空
調装置等の機器を有する第１の系統と、夜間や休
日等に前記室内に人が侵入すると警報信号を発す
る警報装置を有する第２の系統とを備え、一方、
前記室内の人体を感知して信号を出力する人体感
知センサを設け、且つ、前記第１の系統および第
２の系統間に、前記人体感知センサからの出力信
号を第１の系統へ或いは第２の系統へと切り替え
る切替装置を備えたことを特徴とする室内管理装
置。
