A conventional example is shown in FIG. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a detector for detecting heat, smoke, etc., for example, for fire, or a detector for detecting leakage current for detecting electric leakage.
For testing the detector 1, a switch body 8 having contacts like a micro switch was attached to the detector 1. That is, two pins 8 corresponding to the two mounting holes 10, 10 of the switch body 8 are protruded from the side surface of the body 2 of the detector 1, and the mounting holes 10 of the switch body 8 are inserted into the pins 9. The switch body 8 was attached to the switch body 8, and a retaining plate 11 was attached to the side surface of the switch body 8 via a pin 9. and pin 9
The switch body 8 was fixed to the side surface of the body 2 by heat welding the distal end of the switch body 8 to the retaining plate 11. However, in addition to the switch body 8 having contacts, the retaining plate 11 is required as a separate component, and the pin 9 must be heat welded after assembly, making assembly difficult.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. In FIGS. 2 and 3, 1 is a detector similar to the conventional example. Reference numeral 2 denotes a box-shaped synthetic resin body with an open top, and a substantially rectangular parallelepiped-shaped pedestal 3 is integrally provided on the upper side of the body 2. Reference numeral 5 denotes a cover that is integrally connected to substantially the entire length of the lower side edge of the pedestal 3, and the cover 5 and the pedestal 3 are rotatably connected to each other via a thin hinge portion 4. be. In FIG. 2, two L-shaped engaging protrusions 12 are provided projecting from the upper surface of the cover 5, with upper end portions facing in different directions. Engagement protrusion 1
A notch 15 and an insertion hole 16 are provided on the lower side of the upper end portion of the body 2 in consideration of molding the body 2.
That is, the lower mold is positioned through the notch 15 and the insertion hole 16 to the lower surface of the upper end of the engagement projections 12, 12. Also, both engaging protrusions 12, 12
When the cover 5 is attached to the side surface of the base 3 via the hinge part 4, it enters the recess 17 in the center of the base 3, and one of the engaging protrusions 12 enters the recess 17 in the horizontal leg 24 of the base 3. The other engaging protrusion 12 is engaged with and held at the corner of the vertical arm 25 of the base on the recess 17 side, respectively. Since the upper end portions of both engaging protrusions 12, 12 are oriented in different directions, displacement of the cover 5 due to forces applied in the vertical and horizontal directions is prevented. The opening on the upper surface of the recess 17 is for reducing the thickness of the upper end of the engagement protrusion 12, and is designed in consideration of the direction in which the upper mold is removed during molding. Reference numeral 6 designates a movable test plate that is electrically conductive and has spring properties; 7 is a test fixed rod that is electrically conductive and forms a contact member with the test movable plate 6; these test movable plate 6 and test fixed rod 7 form a contact point. This forms the test section of the detector 1. An L-shaped groove 13 with an open upper surface is cut into one end of the cover 5, and the U-shaped portion 18 of the movable test plate 6 is fitted into the groove 13. The rod-shaped test fixing rod 7 is bent into a U-shape, and one long piece 19 is inserted into the insertion hole 14 bored at the other end of the cover 5, and this long piece 19 and the other short piece 20 fix the cover 5.
The step portion 22 is sandwiched therebetween. The center part of the test fixing rod 7 is fitted into the recess 21 provided on the side surface of the pedestal 3 when the cover 5 is placed on the side surface of the pedestal 3. This prevents misalignment between the pedestal 3 and the pedestal 3. Third
The figure shows a state in which the cover 5 is placed on the side surface of the pedestal 3, and the tip of the U-shaped portion 18 of the test movable plate 6 and the tip of the long piece 19 of the test fixing rod 7 are exposed to the outside, and the detector 1 It is designed to be connected to the electronic circuit of Further, a test movable plate 6 is protruded from the upper surface of the body 2, and when the test movable plate 6 is pressed down, its tip comes into contact with the long piece 19 of the test fixing rod 7, and the contact is closed. By the way, in molding the body 2, the lower surface of the recess 17 of the pedestal 3 is formed into an opening 23.
Because of this, body 2 can be molded by only vertical movement between the upper mold and the lower mold, and even though the test part is formed, the side core can be molded during molding. It does not require a complicated mold structure.

As mentioned above, the present invention has a pedestal integrally protruding laterally from the side of the body made of synthetic resin of a detector that detects heat, smoke, leakage current, etc. A cover that is rotatably attached to the side of the pedestal via a thin hinge part is integrally formed, and a movable test plate and a test fixing plate that form a contact member whose end is exposed to the outside for testing the detector. Since the rod is fitted and engaged with the pedestal and cover, the pedestal and cover can be molded at the same time as the detector body, and can be manufactured as one piece without the need for separate parts. The thin hinge part acts as a hinge between the pedestal and the cover, allowing the cover to be held rotatably, and the contact member for testing can be easily assembled by simply fitting and engaging the pedestal and cover. have
