する第１室と第２室とに区画するダイアフラムと

記第１室側に付勢するスプリングと、前記第１室
内に前記流出口に連通するように設けられ前記ダ
イアフラムの中央部に向けて開口した開口面を有
する弁座部材と、前記弁座部材の開口面に対向す
るように前記ダイアフラムの中央部に組み付けら
れ前記弁座部材との協働により前記ダイアフラム
の変位に応じて前記流入口と前記流出口との間に
形成される流路を開閉する弁体とを備えた燃料供
給制御用圧力調整弁において、前記ダイアフラム
の周縁部近傍を前記第２室側から支持するように
前記ハウジングに固定され温度上昇に従つて該ダ
イアフラムの支持面積を増加させるように変位す
るバイメタルで構成した支持板を設けたことを特
