【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は掛時計に関するものである。考案の目
的は掛時計を掛ける時の穴の製造を簡単にし、掛
けやすく、安全にするものである。構成の要旨は
枠体の見返しリングの外側に掛部を構成するこ
と、掛部とガラス縁で空部をつくること、掛部に
穴がなつてここへ掛けくぎが貫入することにあ
る。製造を簡単にするために枠体とガラス縁を樹
脂成形する。本考案による実施例について図面を
用いて説明する。

手順から説明するとガラス4はガラス縁10の裏
側に支持される。次に枠体21をガラス縁10の
方向に組立る。枠体21の見返しリング6の表端
面6′はガラス4の外周裏面に当たる。ガラス4
はガラス縁10と見返しリング6の間に挟まれて
支持される。組み立てられてから枠体21はガラ
ス縁10に締結される。第2図はその締結の一手
段を示す。11はガラス縁10の裏面に突出した
パイプである。12はネジである。ネジ12は文
字板5、見返しリング6を含む枠体21、ガラス
4を重ねてガラス縁10にとめる。文字板5と見
返しリング6とガラス4は指針2の回る空間を構
える。枠体21と一体の掛部7は見返しリング6
の外側に近接して裏側に立ち上がつたものであ
る。第1図に示すごとく、掛部7は見返しリング
6のリング巾内にほぼおさまつていて時計の正面
からは見えないようになつている。13はガラス
縁13と見返しリング6と掛部7によつて形成さ
れる空部である。なお、空部13は見返しリング
6を除いて形成することも出来る。9は掛けくぎ
穴である。掛けくぎ穴9は掛部7の裏面部7−1
と内側面部7−2をまたいで内角8にあけられて
いる。掛けくぎ穴9が内側面部7−2にもあるの
は掛けやすくするためである。その操作はまず時
計を降ろしながら内側面部7−2の掛けくぎ穴9
を掛けくぎに合わせる。合つた所で時計を壁に向
かつて押しつけるようにすればよい。第1図でこ
れを相対的な掛けくぎの運動として表示すれば矢
印22の矢印23のようになる。一方使用者はか
なり任意の長さの掛けくぎを使用するものであ
る。掛けくぎが長い場合その頭は空部13へ深く
侵入する。矢印23の運動があつても掛けくぎの
頭は面積も広くかつ強固なガラス縁10の裏面に
衝止して時計の表に突出する様な心配がない。ま
して空部13は文字板5を外して外側に配置した
ので従来から心配している様な文字板が変形する
ことはない。なおかつ空部13は見返しリング6
の高さも含み深く形成できるものなので使用者が
使う掛けくぎの長さの制限を緩和する。寸法24
は掛けくぎの長さの許容巾に相当する。よつて掛
けやすく、こわれず、掛けくぎの長さに自由な時
計になる。掛部7は見返しリング6の外側にあつ
て枠体21は第1図の斜線で示すごとく断面は一
層であるため金型構造は簡単である。更に掛けく
ぎが入る空部13と指針2の回る空間とは見返し
リング6で仕切られているので、指針2の回る空
間にごみが入る心配がない。
