- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 光源から放射される光を原稿に照射し、その反
射光を原稿上の画像等の読み取る読取部又は原稿
上の画像等を複写する複写部に導く露光装置にお
いて、 前記光源からの照射光の通路に斜面を有するプ
リズムを配置すると共に、 前記プリズムの斜面を前記照射光が通過して前
記原稿を照射し、前記原稿からの反射光が前記プ
リズムに入射して前記斜面により反射される場合
に、その反射光の通路上に前記読取部又は複写部
を配置したことを特徴とする露光装置。
