て、 取付台盤が円筒状からなつて、上方取付台盤と
下方取付台盤とに上下に二分されており、 上方取付台盤が、下端外周に環状に穿設して断
面半面形の上半分の断面形状からなる側方上溝を
有し、 下方取付台盤がその上端外周に穿設して前記側
方上溝に対向する断面半円形の下半分の断面形状
からなる側方下溝を設けてなると共に、 前記回転基部が上記取付台盤に下側から外嵌さ
れる略中空筒状からなつて、その上端の車輪側に
前記側方下溝と対向して断面半円状の外側半分の
断面形状からなる上向溝を設け、 且つ回転基部の上端の車輪背後側に前記側方上
溝と対向して断面半円状の外側半分の断面形状か
らなる下向溝を設け、上記上向溝と下向溝とが同
一断面円形の弧からなつて連設し、前記側方上溝
と側方下溝と組み合わされて取付台盤と回転基部
