できる下げ振りを提供することを目的とするもの
である。

りドラム4の導出部近傍に位置する第一固定ピン
9と上記導出口近傍に位置する第二固定ピン10
および、両固定ピン間に位置するとともに、器筐
側板1aに対して枢設した回動調節子11の軸部
材12間に架設した2本の可動ピン13,14か
らなる。当該軸部材12の一端は円柱状になり、
側板1aの軸孔に対して回動自在になるととも
に、他端部には外周方向に突出した係合小突起1
5,15…が等配され、該小突起15は側板1a
の外側端面に形成した係合凹部16,16…に嵌
入係合すると同時に軸部材12と側板1a間に介
挿したコイルスプリング17の弾性に抗して軸部
材12を矢印X方向に押し出すと、係合突起15

り、これを回動して可動ピン13,14の位置を
変えることができるもので、上記軸部材12の端

置にあらかじめ見合つた重鎮8の吊下げ荷重を決
めておくことにより、その重鎮8の荷重に適合す
る吊紐繰り出し抵抗調節機構部6の調節位置を回
動調節子11をセツトするだけで選ぶことがで
き、重鎮8を引張ることにより巻き取りドラム4
から渦巻きばね3に抗して繰り出された吊紐5は
重鎮8の荷重と吊紐繰り出し抵抗調節機構部6の
4本のピンと吊紐5の摩擦抵抗力が渦巻きばね3
の弾性力と均衡して繰り出し位置に安定するもの
