面構造のメンバー内部に発泡材を形成する方法に関する

(発明の効果)
この発明は、以上説明したように、連通孔が形成された
閉断面構造のメンバーと、前記連通孔を覆うフィニッシ
ャ−を用意して、前記連通孔から・メンバーの内部に発
泡液を注入した後、前記フィニッシャ−で前記連通孔の
周辺とメンバー表面との間に間隙が形成される様に覆い
、前記発泡液を発泡させる様にしたので、閉断面構造の
メンバー内に発泡により形成される発泡材の一部が閉断
面構造メンバーを構成するパネル間の接合部からはみ出
すことがなく、シかも、メンバーの連通孔から発泡材の
一部が膨出しても、この膨出部がフィニッシャ−のメン
バーへの取付の邪魔になるのを防止できる。しかも、こ
の膨出部は、発泡硬化する際にフィニッシャ−に密着固
定して、このフィニッシャ−をメンバーに遊びなく支持
