ヘツドを上記砥石がワークに押付けられる方向へ
移動させる押付手段と、該押付手段と上記ヘツド
との間に介装された弾性部材と、上記ヘツドを上

アが遊嵌されて該軸と一体化され、上記ヘツドに
は他のモータで駆動されるカムが設置され、該カ
