Abstract

PURPOSE:To execute a rational inspection reservation by executing an inspection simulation by inputting an arithmetic parameter of an inspected body inspection time, calculating an inspection time of a body to be inspected, and executing a reservation processing, based thereon. CONSTITUTION:When a prescribed parameter is inputted from an input means 1, an inspection time arithmetic means 3 calculates an inspection time by executing the inspection simulation of a device from an inputted parameter and a stored data of a storage means 2, and sends out its result to a reservation processing means 4. In the case of the inspecting simulation, the kind of a medical diagnosing device to be applied and a routine in a hospital in which the device concerned is placed are also taken into consideration, therefore, an inspection time obtained by the means 3 is roughly equal to an equal inspection time. The means 4 executes a reservation processing, based on this inspection time data, therefore, since it is not based on an inspection time estimated experientially as in the past, a rational inspection reservation can be executed.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, in the XIICT device, the inspection site,
Due to differences in testing purposes, there is usually a time difference of 5 minutes to 1 hour between tests, and this often results in idle time in the equipment or the patient being kept waiting. Test reservations are no longer possible. This means that
This applies not only to X-ray CT devices but also to other medical diagnostic devices.

[Structure of the Invention] (Means for Solving @Illustration Point) The present invention provides an input means for inputting a calculation parameter for the time required for a test subject performed by a medical diagnostic device;
It has an examination time calculating means for calculating the examination time of the subject by performing an examination simulation of the apparatus based on the parameters, and a reservation processing means for reserving the subject based on the obtained examination time. be.

(Function) When parameters for calculating the test time of the subject are inputted by the input means, the test time calculation means performs test simulation based on the parameters and calculates the test time of the test subject. Then, the reservation processing means performs reservation processing for the subject based on the examination time obtained by this calculation. Since the examination time obtained by the examination time calculation means is approximately equal to the time required for the examination actually performed by the medical diagnostic apparatus, the above-described reservation process allows for a reasonable examination reservation.

The examination time calculating means 3 calculates the examination time of the subject by performing an examination simulation of the X-ray CT apparatus based on the imported parameters. In this simulation, the type of medical diagnostic equipment to be applied and the routine in the hospital where the medical diagnostic equipment is installed are also taken into consideration. These data are stored in the storage means 2.

In the above configuration, when a predetermined parameter is inputted by the input means 1, the inspection time calculation means 3 performs an inspection simulation of the apparatus based on the inputted parameters and the data stored in the storage means 2, calculates the inspection time, The calculation result is sent to the reservation processing means 4. Then, this reservation processing means 4 performs reservation processing based on the imported examination time data. The inspection time obtained by the inspection time calculation means 3 is based on predetermined parameters and is approximately equal to the time required for the actual inspection. Therefore, the reservation processing by the reservation processing means 4 is not based on an experimentally estimated examination time as in the conventional case, and therefore is carried out rationally. Therefore, according to the display contents of the display means 5, it is possible to accurately know the test start time of the subject.
Also, how much time do you have in case of an emergency?
Alternatively, it is possible to know in advance whether a delay will occur, and subsequent inspections can be carried out smoothly.
