前記ヒユーズ筒挿入孔内に設けた下部電極との間
に放電ギヤツプを設け、かつ限流ユニツトの下部
電極と前記中間電極との間を導体によつて接続し

ツトの外周を覆う区画体を設け、 前記限流ユニツトと前記区画体及び膨出部周壁
との間の間隔に充填剤を充填したことを特徴とす
