In compression coil springs, not only those that have non-linear characteristics due to close contact between wires in a portion of the axial direction, but also normal ones that have linear characteristics are susceptible to surging and excessive vibrations that occur during high-speed operation. Repeated loading may cause the wires to collide with each other, causing noise, or damaging the surface, leading to breakage, so in such cases,
A method is generally adopted in which shocks are absorbed by tightly fitting a buffer tube made of a wire elastic material. In order to efficiently fit this buffer tube tightly, conventionally, Buffer tubes are used that can be easily fitted from the radial direction of the spring by forming axial grooves that reach both ends, but the grooves of such buffer tubes expand during use. There is a risk that it may shift along the wire or fall off the spring. In order to prevent this, it is necessary to fix the parts with an adhesive, but this has the drawback that the work of applying the adhesive is time-consuming and the work efficiency is low.

1 to 3 show a first embodiment of the present invention,
As shown in FIG. 1, the buffer tube 10 has an axial groove 2 formed inside a circularly curved tube 1 made of an elastic material such as synthetic resin or synthetic rubber, which extends to both ends. As shown in detail in FIG. 2, a fitting protrusion 6 having an enlarged diameter head 5 formed at the tip is protruded from both ends of one of the corresponding surfaces 3 across the pipe material 1, and the fitting protrusion 6 is provided with a fitting protrusion 6 that extends around the circumference of the pipe material 1. The other corresponding surface 7 is formed with fitting holes 8 at respective positions corresponding to the respective fitting protrusions 6, into which the enlarged diameter heads 5 of the fitting protrusions 6 are tightly fitted. As shown in FIG. 3, this buffer tube 10 is formed by winding a wire 12 made of spring steel in a spiral shape to form a small pitch portion 13.
The small pitch part 13 of the coil spring 15, in which the small pitch part 14 is coupled with the large pitch part 14, is placed along the outside of the strand 12 and pressed toward the center of the coil spring 15, thereby spreading the split groove 2 and opening the strand 12. After fitting into the
By pulling the enlarged diameter head 5 of the fitting protrusion 6 in the circumferential direction of the pipe material 1 and fitting it into the fitting hole 8 from the radial direction, the opening edges 16 and 20 corresponding to each other across the split groove 2 are aligned in the circumferential direction. The buffer tube 10 is firmly fitted and held onto the wire 12 by being connected with a tension of .

FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment of the present invention.
A cylindrical fitting protrusion 19 with an enlarged diameter head 18 formed at the tip is protruded from the upper surface of a semicircular protruding piece 17 protruding outward from one opening edge 16 corresponding to the opening edge 16. , the protruding piece 17 is attached to the other opening edge 20.
A fitting hole 22 is formed in the semicircular protruding piece 21 which is formed correspondingly to the fitting hole 21, and the enlarged diameter head 18 of the fitting protrusion 19 is inserted into the fitting hole 22 while expanding it. By protruding, the opening edges 16 and 20 are connected to each other.

FIG. 5 shows a third embodiment of the present invention, in which a cylindrical fitting protrusion 23 is protruded outward from one opening edge 20, and a cylindrical fitting protrusion 23 is protruded from the other opening edge 16 so as to straddle the split groove 2. A fitting hole 25 is formed at the tip of the oval protruding piece 24, and by fitting the fitting protrusion 23 into the fitting hole 25 of the protruding piece 24, the opening edges 16 and 20 are connected to each other. It is now possible to connect the .

FIG. 6 shows a fourth embodiment of the present invention, in which a fitting protrusion 27 with an enlarged diameter head 26 formed at the tip faces toward the other corresponding surface 7 on one corresponding surface 3 of the split groove 2. A fitting hole 28 with a tapered opening is formed in the other corresponding surface 7, and the enlarged diameter head 26 of the fitting protrusion 27 is expanded while the opening of the fitting hole 28 is widened.
By fitting the opening edges 16 and 20, the opening edges 16 and 20 are connected to each other.

As specifically explained in the above embodiment,
In the coil spring with a buffer tube of the present invention, a buffer tube made of an elastic material and having an axial groove extending to both ends of the coil spring is tightly fitted into the coil spring made of a spirally wound wire made of spring steel. and the opening edges are connected by fitting and locking a fitting protrusion formed on one corresponding opening edge across the split groove into a fitting hole formed on the other opening edge. The purpose of this invention is to form grooves in the axial direction that reach both ends of the buffer tube, so that it can be fitted by pushing open the grooves along the strands, and the By fitting the mating protrusions into the mating holes and interlocking and connecting them, the split groove is prevented from expanding, and the buffer tube does not shift in the direction of the wire or fall off from the wire. This has the effect of being firmly held by the coil spring and reliably preventing the strands from directly colliding with each other.
