In addition, as the waste water from the side branch pipe 1 joins the standpipe 2, the air passage inside the standpipe 2 is closed, so a large air pressure is generated inside the standpipe 2, which may break the water seal of the trap. be. For this reason, it is necessary to reduce the generation of air pressure by connecting the ventilation pipe 3 to the standpipe 2 as shown by the dotted line in FIG. 6 and opening it to the atmosphere through the vent cap 4 at the upper end. Moreover, the presence of ventilation pipes increases the piping space and increases piping construction costs.

There is also a joint that reduces the flow velocity by swirling the falling waste water and forms an air core in the center of the standpipe 2 to ensure an air passage and suppress air pressure fluctuations. (Unexamined Japanese Patent Publication 1981
(See No. 31539) (Problems to be Solved by the Invention) By the way, the above-mentioned single pipe type drain pipe joint shown in Fig. 8: 1) cannot reliably reduce the flow velocity of waste water falling through the standpipe 2; Therefore, there is a limit to the drainage capacity.

It allows drainage to flow without directly colliding with the water, and it also eliminates slats, suppresses the generation of air pressure in the standpipe, eliminates ventilation pipes, and eliminates the adhesion of dirt and grease. The object of the present invention is to provide a single-pipe drain pipe joint that can be manufactured by combining pipe joints.

The main pipe is branched and raised in the vertical direction, and then dammed back so that it is located on the vertical axis line at a higher position than the standpipe dedicated to the side branch pipe and connected to the standpipe on the upper floor. It is characterized by:

The flow velocity is reliably reduced by the off-centered inclined pipe section. Therefore, the air pressure in the vertical main pipe, especially the negative pressure, can be reduced. Furthermore, since the main stand pipe and the stand pipe exclusively for side branch pipes are separated, the flow of waste water and air flowing through the stand pipe will not be blocked by the water flowing horizontally from the side branch pipe. Therefore, an increase in air pressure in the combing section can be suppressed.

As shown in FIG. 2, the oblique pipe portions 19a and 19b at the top and bottom of the vertical main pipe 19 are offset from each other, thereby reliably slowing down the falling flow velocity and suppressing the generation of negative pressure within the vertical main pipe 19. It will be done. In addition, the wastewater flowing from the two side branch pipes 16 on each floor enters the standpipe 18 dedicated to the side branch pipe from the inlet 17 and merges with the flow of wastewater in the main stand pipe 19 at the bottom. Since the drainage water and air extinguisher flowing through the vertical main pipe 19 are not directly dammed from the horizontal direction, the merging resistance is reduced, the increase in air pressure at the merging part is suppressed, and there is no need for a vent pipe to release pressure. Become.

The top of the main pipe 19 is connected to the top of the vertical main pipe 19 by a ventilation pipe 20, and the rest of the structure is the same as that of the previous embodiment. This single pipe type drain pipe joint 11 has the same function as the embodiment described above, and also introduces air from the vertical main pipe 19 side into the dedicated horizontal branch pipe stand 18 when draining from the horizontal branch pipe 16. It has the function of reducing the siphon effect of the lateral branch pipe 16.

The shaped pipe 21 is a standard part, and the L-shaped pipe 22 is obtained by cutting the vertical pipe portions 22a according to the pitch P of the upper and lower horizontal branch pipes 16 and assembling them together. In the single pipe type drain pipe joint 11 having such a structure, if only the L-shaped pipe 22 is produced with a long standpipe portion 22a, the L-shaped pipe can be changed at the site according to the change in the pitch P of the side branch pipe 16. 22 standpipe portions 22a can be cut and assembled together. Moreover, even if the direction of the horizontal branch pipe 16 changes on a plane, the T-shaped pipe 21. Since the direction of the introduction port 17 of both the L-shaped pipe 22 can be freely changed, the connection of the side branch pipe 16 is easy.

である。The single pipe type drain pipe joint 11 shown in FIG. 5 is constructed by combining only existing straight pipes and pipe joints. That is,
The upper part of the standpipe 18 exclusively for the side branch pipe is formed by two T-shaped pipes 21 and the cap 23, and the lower part of the standpipe exclusively for the side branch pipe 18 and the main pipe 1 are formed.
9 is formed by a 456Y-shaped pipe 24, and the lower bent part of the main vertical pipe 19, the upper bent part, and the drainage standpipe 1 at the upper end are formed.
0 is formed by a 45° elbow 25° 25', and the vertical part in the middle of the vertical main pipe 19 is formed by a straight pipe 26, which are combined and connected. Therefore, it is easier to manufacture than conventional single-pipe drain joints, which can only be manufactured by casting.
