を制御されるべき物体を収容する恒温槽内に配設
し、前記感温体の抵抗値の変化に対応して前記発
熱体に流れる電流を制御部により制御し、前記恒
温槽内の温度を所定の値に保つ恒温槽温度制御回
路において、前記発熱体をトランジスタによつて
構成し、前記トランジスタのコレクタに流れる最
大電流を一定値以下に制御するため、前記制御部
と前記トランジスタのベースの間に、ベース電流
を一定値以下に制限する手段を挿入することを特
