Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上端が閉塞するとともに、ガスを封入するため
    のガスプラグ10が設けられたシエル1の内部に
    、下面中央部に環状の緩衝部材13が配設されて
    いるベローズホルダー2によつて上端が閉塞され
    ている金属製のベローズ3を、上下方向に伸縮可
    能に配設して、前記シエル1との間でガス室11
    を形成し、前記ベローズ3の内部に、中央部に流
    路と連通する流体出入用通路4が設けられ、かつ
    、下端部が前記シエル1に固定されるとともに、
    前記ベローズ3の下端が固定される円筒状のベロ
    ーズガイド5を配設して、該ベローズガイド5と
    前記ベローズ3との間でベローズ内室12を形成
    し、前記流路の圧力に応じて変化する前記ベロー
    ズ内室12の圧力が前記ガス室11の圧力よりも
    低くなつて前記ベローズ3が収縮して前記ベロー
    ズホルダー2が下降して、該ベローズホルダー2
    の下面の緩衝部材13が前記ベローズガイド5に
    当接した際、前記ベローズ内室12の圧力がさら
    に低下することが阻止されることを特徴とするア
    キユムレータ。
