Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 上端が閉塞するとともに、ガスを封入するため
    のガスプラグ１０が設けられたシエル１の内部に
    、下面中央部に環状の緩衝部材１３が配設されて
    いるベローズホルダー２によつて上端が閉塞され
    ている金属製のベローズ３を、上下方向に伸縮可
    能に配設して、前記シエル１との間でガス室１１
    を形成し、前記ベローズ３の内部に、中央部に流
    路と連通する流体出入用通路４が設けられ、かつ
    、下端部が前記シエル１に固定されるとともに、
    前記ベローズ３の下端が固定される円筒状のベロ
    ーズガイド５を配設して、該ベローズガイド５と
    前記ベローズ３との間でベローズ内室１２を形成
    し、前記流路の圧力に応じて変化する前記ベロー
    ズ内室１２の圧力が前記ガス室１１の圧力よりも
    低くなつて前記ベローズ３が収縮して前記ベロー
    ズホルダー２が下降して、該ベローズホルダー２
    の下面の緩衝部材１３が前記ベローズガイド５に
    当接した際、前記ベローズ内室１２の圧力がさら
    に低下することが阻止されることを特徴とするア
    キユムレータ。
