幅広の空間を形成する断面略Ｕ字形部分２Ａを有
せしめてその対向辺部分２Ｂ，２Ｃの押し広げに
対して弾性変形可能に構成し、長手方向の中間よ
りも下方に寄つた位置で、前記シヤフトストツパ
ー４の基端４Ａを前記対向辺部分２Ｂ，２Ｃに挾
んで枢着し、該基端４Ａの枢着位置よりも上方位
置に、前記シヤフトストツパー４をそのストツパ
ー作用解除固定位置Ｂに固定する固定手段６を設
け、該固定手段６が、前記対向辺部分２Ｂ，２Ｃ
の少なくとも一方の内側に突出した突起体６′を
