However, the entrance/exit door having the above-described configuration has the following problems. First, since the joint 6 has a structure that is fixed to the top plate 5 by the attachment part 6e, a thick plate is used to prevent deformation even if an obstacle collides with the tip of the joint part 6a in the direction of the arrow. It is necessary to use thick material. As a result, a large step is created between the surface portion 5a of the top plate 5 and the marking portion 6a of the joint 6. Therefore, it would be dangerous if a part of the elevator user's body were to touch this stepped portion during the opening operation of the entrance/exit door 4. Furthermore, the side portion 5 of the top plate 5
Due to manufacturing errors in the width dimension of b and the width dimension of the side portion 6b of the joint 6, a gap may occur between the surface portion 5a of the top plate 5 and the marking portion 6a of the joint 6, which may hinder the opening operation of the entrance/exit door 4. At times, elevator users' fingernails could get stuck in these gaps, posing a risk of injury.

However, this door has joints and cannot be adjusted in position on the front and back of the door, that is, in the thickness direction, with respect to the stile.
The accuracy of the parts of the stile and joint determines whether the surfaces of the stile and joint are placed on the same plane, which requires high-precision machining, and the surfaces of the stile and joint are precisely placed on the same plane. The problem was that it was difficult to do so.

This idea solves the above problems and
The position of the joint can be easily adjusted in the thickness direction of the door with respect to the top plate of the door body, and the surface of the top plate and the surface of the joint marking part can be placed accurately on the same plane, and,
To provide an entrance/exit door for an elevator in which the tip end face of a top plate and the end of a locating part of a joint can be brought into contact with each other without a gap. That is, in the elevator entrance door according to this invention, the top plate of the door body is brought into contact with the step formed at the end of the joint, and the dimension of the step in the door thickness direction is determined by the thickness of the top plate. By making it longer than the dimension, you can adjust the position of the joint in the thickness direction of the door with respect to the top board, eliminate the step difference between the top board and the joint marking, and make it possible to arrange these surfaces accurately on the same plane. At the same time, tighten the joints on the reinforcing plate fixed to the back of the front plate with fastening bolts along the left and right direction of the door, and make a mounting hole in the reinforcing plate with a diameter larger than the diameter of the threaded part of the fastening bolt. After inserting the threaded part into the mounting hole and adjusting the position of the joint with the joint supported by the top plate, tighten a nut on the threaded part to attach the joint to the top plate through the reinforcing plate. By fixing it, it is possible to easily align the surface of the top board and the surface of the joint spotting part on the same plane, and also to close the gap between the joint and the area around the tightening part of the reinforcing plate, or between the reinforcing plate and the surface. By reducing the gap between the peripheries of the face plate, it is possible to ensure that the tip end face of the top plate and the end of the locating part of the joint come into contact without any gap.

In this embodiment, even if there is a manufacturing error in the top plate 5, the reinforcing plate 13, and the joint 14, fine adjustment is made so that the surface of the index portion 14c of the joint 14 is located on the same plane as the surface of the top plate 5. In addition, they are brought into pressure contact with each other so that no gap is created between the tip end surface 5e of the top plate 5 and the stepped portion 14e at the end of the joint 14, and this portion receives the attachment reaction force of the joint 14.
Then, the surface of the top plate 5 and the marking portion 14c of the joint 14
Since the surfaces are arranged on the same plane and there are no gaps in this area, there is no risk of injury even if the entrance/exit door 4 opens with a part of the elevator user's body or fingernails in contact with it. It can be used as an entrance/exit door. In addition, the structure is such that a stepped portion 14e is provided at the end of the indexing portion 14c of the joint 14, with which the tip end surface 5e of the top plate 5 comes into contact, and since the joint 14 is made of an extrusion molded product, the width of the indexing portion 14c can be made narrower. This makes it possible to improve the appearance of the entrance/exit door 4 when it is fully closed. Furthermore, the entrance/exit door 4 of the joint 14
is fixed to the door body using a fastening bolt 11 whose threaded portion 11 is inserted into a mounting hole 13e of the reinforcing member 13, but the diameter of the mounting hole 13e is longer than the diameter of the threaded portion 11b of the fastening bolt 11. Since the fastening bolt 11 can move freely in the door height direction of the joint 14 within the dovetail groove 14g of the joint 14, the mounting hole 13
The manufacturing cost can be lowered because accuracy is not required for the position and spacing of e, and manufacturing precision of the component parts is not required so much.

As explained above, the elevator entrance/exit door according to this invention has a stepped part longer than the thickness of the top plate of the door main body formed in the thickness direction of the door at the end of the joint part. The step part is brought into contact with the tip of the door, and a mounting hole with a diameter longer than the diameter of the threaded part of the fastening bolt along the left and right direction of the door is formed in the reinforcing plate fixed to the back of the top plate, and the above fastening bolt is inserted into the mounting hole. Since the joint is tightened to the reinforcing plate by inserting the threaded part of the fastening bolt, adjusting the position of the joint in the thickness direction of the door with respect to the top plate is necessary to insert the threaded part of the fastening bolt into the mounting hole of the reinforcing plate. In this state, since the diameter of the mounting hole is longer than the diameter of the threaded part, it is easy to make the surface of the top plate and the surface of the joint exactly on the same plane without creating a step between them. Furthermore, a gap is formed in the left-right direction of the door between the joint and the area around the tightening part of the reinforcing plate or between the area of the reinforcing plate and the tightening area of the top plate, so by narrowing the gap, It is possible to ensure that the top end of the top plate and the end of the joint end are in contact with each other without any gaps. This has the effect that there is no risk of injury even if the entrance/exit door opens/closes while touching the part.
