リズムを有し、回転歯車により回転駆動される台
形プリズム用歯車機構と、回転歯車の回転側部の
外周に台形プリズムに対応させて複数配設され台
形プリズムに臨ませ且つ回転側の光フアイバが結
合された複数のロツドレンズを有し、回転歯車に
より回転駆動される回転側歯車機構と、各台形プ
リズムに対応させて静止側に固定され台形プリズ
ムに臨ませ且つ回転側の光フアイバが結合された
ロツドレンズに台形プリズムを介して光学的に対
向して設けられたロツドレンズと、静止側の各ロ
ツドレンズに結合された光フアイバとを備え、回
転側歯車機構のロツドレンズの回転数と台形プリ
ズム用歯車機構の台形プリズムの回転数との回転
比が1/2となるように設定されていることを特
