空間と該低温用膨脹空間の容積を変化させる低温
用往復動部材と、該高温用クランクシヤフト部に
直接または間接的に接続され該低温用往復動部材
を往復動させる低温用クランクシヤフト部とをも
つ低温冷凍機と、 該高温用クランクシヤフト部および低温用クラ
ンクシヤフト部を駆動させる共通駆動源と、から
