Claims (1)
- １台のクリーンベンチ内の略中央に隔壁を設け
、その上側に水平吹き出し室を、下側に垂直吹き
出し室を共存配置し、これらに対して後方部より
吸引フアンより吸入した空気を送風し、前記水平
吹き出し室は水平な収納棚を設け、水平に空気を
吹き出し、前記垂直吹き出し室は垂直隔壁と、こ
の垂直隔壁の前方に乾燥用作業棚とを設け、前記
垂直隔壁の後方では垂直上向に送風したのち前記
垂直隔壁の上方を介して、前記乾燥用作業棚に垂
直下向に吹き出してなることを特徴とするクリー
ンベンチ。
