力空気の供給によつて急速駆動し、ピストンを衝
撃部材に衝突させて衝撃力を発生させる付着粉粒
体払落し用衝撃シリンダにおいて、 圧力空気を給排する給排口から上記カバー内を
通して上記圧力室に連通する主流路を設けて、ピ
ストンにその主流路の圧力室側開口縁の弁座に接
離する弁体を設け、 上記カバーに、圧力空気の給排口側と圧力室と
を連通させるパイロツト導孔を設け、このパイロ
ツト導孔に設けたパイロツト弁室に、上記給排口
側の開口縁の弁座と排気ポートに至る開口縁の弁
座に接離するポペツト弁を設け、このポペツト弁
にそれを上記給排口側の開口縁の弁座に対して付
勢する弁ばねを設けた、 ことを特徴とする付着粉粒体払落し用衝撃シリン
