なえた被洗浄品を洗浄すべく、上記複数の開口の
流入側について開口周縁に密着するように当てが
われる洗浄用ノズルと、同ノズルに洗浄用圧縮流
体を供給しうるようにノズルに接続される圧縮流
体源とをそなえ、上記複数の開口の流出側につい
て開閉を行なえるように当てがわれる封鎖部材と
、同封鎖部材を駆動して上記開閉を行なうための
駆動機構とが設けられたことを特徴とする、蓄圧
