中に加熱用のバーナを設けるとともに循環ダクト
にバーナの火炎の周辺を囲むように断熱性材料の
筒状部材を設け、前記加熱用のバーナで得られた
加熱空気を循環ダクトおよび炉体内に循環させて
被塗装物の塗装皮膜を焼付、硬化させる直接加熱
方式の塗装乾燥炉において、前記筒状部材の周壁
を通気性のある断熱性材料で形成し、前端を非通
気性の断熱性材料で塞ぎ、前記循環ダクトと前記
筒状部材との間の空間に前記筒状部材と同心円状
の環状の空気吹付孔を設けたことを特徴とする塗
