【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は、鋼板焼入装置の装入口に設けられる
戻水防止装置に関する。

て焼入れを行つている。この為、鋼板がスプレー
ノズルを通過する際、噴射冷却水が鋼板の後端面
に衝突して跳返る。この跳返つた戻水を放置して
おくと、熱処理炉に流入し熱処理炉の機能を損
う、或は後続の鋼板に接触して焼むらを生ずる等
の弊害がある。

出器が設けられる雰囲気は悪く、検出器の保護が
面倒であると共に信頼性は低く誤動作が多い。更
に鋼板の搬送間隔が狭い場合には、応答性の問題
から使用できないこともある。

水は防止する様にし、複雑な駆動装置、制御装置
等を不要にしたものである。

は帯状体23の垂設位置をずらしてある。
